Blank page on dwfx in vault explorer

Hi In the the vault collaboration, we archive a dwg. The dwfx file is created. Now, if we extract the file to modify it, and archive it after, and we click on the 'update' button, we see the update is running. Then, when we want to see the dwfx who has created, we see a blank page! What's happening? How can i resolve the problem? Thanks

Are these AutoCAD DWGs?

If they are is the information on the Model or Layout tab?

There is an option in Vault Tools>Administration>Visualization>Publish Options

If you Select the "AutoCAD" application, is "Include Model Space" ticked or unticked?
