Batch of file numbers.

Hi all,

We have a numbering scheme set up in Vault pro 2013. Is ther a way to reserve say 20 numbers at a time so that all the number for a project are in sequence?

I don't think there is an automated way to do what you want. A workaround is that you can delete the scheme and create it again with the starting number 20 more than the previous. This then creates the gap you need. Ugly, but acheivable.

 

Probably a good idea for the Vault IdeaStation.
