Batch DWF file to PDF

We currently have a flat-file structure of all of our drawings to allow manufacturing to view and print drawings. We do not want to go to DWF drawings because we need PDF's to send to customers, vendors, etc..

An idea i had was to create a flat file of DWF's automatically from Vault, and then have a scheduled task run on the server that converts all of these DWF's to PDF's every night. Does anyone know of a tool i can use to run this conversion?

Hi cookd2,

If you use PS client, you can use Batch plot to print all dwf files one time, (use "Adobe PDF" printer and set output folder, you will not be prompted to input pdf file name then).

If you use vault client, you can download all the dwf files that you want to print and open "Autodesk Design Review", from File menu, there is "Batch Print Wizard" function that can batch plot them.
