Bad Xrefs problem

I beg forgive for my bad English (google translate)

 

i has a problem !

one file on different computers, open with problems (see attached file)
anyone else seen this

Unfortunately I can't really tell what the problem you are experiencing is or how your picture illustrates it.

Can you give us more information about the problem and what happens?

the problem is that the file contains the links which have been there until boot into Vault!
on the image \ \ server \arhiv.zag

How are you checking the files into the Vault? Are you checking them in by using the CAD application? Or are you checking them in through the Vault Explorer? If you are checking them in through the Vault Explorer them referenced or linked files will be lost.

 

Best and recommended practice is to always check in to the Vault using the CAD application.

 

Also, how are these references bad? When you open the files are the xrefs no longer found?

Or is the problem that they are now resolving to the files in your workspace? If so, that is also intended.

i record 2 screncasts

 

all file upload to vault by autoloader

 

this is one file open on two differend PCs

One difference I see is that the system where it was a success the files are opened in AutoCAD.

The system where is was not a success the files are opened in AutoCAD Architecture.

 

Which CAD app were the files created in?

There may be a difference in the way that the two applications resolve xrefs.
