Bad performance with Vault Basic 2014

Hi everyone,

at one of our customers we have a strange situation after upgrading from Vault Basic 2013 to Vault Basic 2014.

The whole upgrade process went well and everything seems to be working, so clients can log in, browse the Vault, start operations etc..

But when a user started copying folders inside the Vault the copy speeds were about 4 - 8 kB/s. The logs are pretty much clean except for these error messages:

Those appear only during Vault Startup. I attached the foll vlog.

If someone could help us figure out what is going wrong here it would be highly appreciated.

Okay, the performance issue is basically off the table, because I figured out after hours investigating into the Vault Server, that our customer was not talking about the Autodesk Vault Server but about our Vault Server Machine, which has a shared folder for Templates. There they had the issue.

Never the less I would be interested in what those errors regarding the "Connectivity.ProductStream" mean or if they have a meaning at all.

Hi,

The errors are spurious - annoying but meaningless. You can safely ignore them.

Today our JobQueue was "spammed" with 1000+ jobs with <Job Type> = "Autodesk.ERP.Packaging".

Yesterday Queue was empty.

Dates are starting from August!!!

Submitted by - differs...

Priority 100.

I wonder ... WHAT iS THIS?!!

Server is 2014SP1Upd1 (PRO)

Hi,

The ERP.Packaging jobs are for server integration with ERP and should not be showing up in the client queue. We have been able to reproduce this problem and are working on a fix for this issue.
