Hi all,
I want to know if anyone has an advice about backup a vault only with virtual server's tools like Veeam backup.
We're torn between making a standard ADMS backup and perform increment VMWare backup.
And, does anyone know the position of Autodesk about it?
I know it's a grey zone but many other SQL base use this way of doing things.
Thank for your answers.

Thank's for the answer.
So backing up with a virtual server tool isn't a good idea and it's much better to use a SQL tool to do it?
Cheers.
The goal of the whitepaper is to give you the information needed to use any tool to perform a Backup or Restore. It is recommended that the tool you decide to use, you perform tests to verify that it is backing up and restoring properly.
