Autoloader 2012

Hi All

Anyone have any sucess in Autoloading Autocad files to Vault, I can autoload them but they never create a dwf visualisation file. Does anyone have a workround as I have 70,000 to autoload.

dsmith, when you executed the upload command in Autoloader, was the DWF set to be created?

Yes it was, if you try it it does not work, The customer only has basic Vault so I cannot use the job server method

You might have done it. But wanted to double check. Did you check the "show Hidden files" option in the Vault Explorer?

Also if possible please send me a sample file for test purpose. You can send it to senthilDOTkumarATautodeskDOTcom

You can try the simplest of drawings from autocad, there is no dwf created or uploaded to Vault. Give it a try and you will see

Thanks for your reply. I can see the issue. DWF creation is failing with the message that Layout is not Initialized. But it is failing even after Initializing the layouts manually.
