Hi,

 

  Does Autodesk Vault support, email alert and notification system for part changing among teams that are assigned to same projects

thank you Scott,

 

  i already came accross that table, but i am still confused if we can have automatic alerts by email, that someone has approved, changed a part. etc.... it does say outlook management, but still remains vague to me !

Hi Hazim,

I only have workgroup, but my company ahs looked into Pro and from what my VAR has told me what you are looking for is what they call their ECO system.  That allows email notifications and is setup to ping those on the list and keep a status of where the process is.  You might want to contact your VAR to talk to them about this.
