No release date, perhaps someone from Autodesk knows something? 
I can say that I am using 2013 and I am pretty happy with it. Slow... but I blame CREO for that, not Vault.

The Pro/E integration for Vault 2014 will be released soon, presumably this month, and will be available in the Partner Portal and in the Subscription Center.
