Autodesk Vault Data Standard 2014 - Property Binding Not Working

Just started to test out the new Data Standard Extension for Vault 2014. I'm trying to configure the CAD BOM.xaml and I have been able to add columns but no matter what I do I can not get the grid to populate with the property information

Here are the current states of the new lines I added to the CAD BOM.xaml. From reading the help it says that with Vault there is no property definition required. What do I need to do to get this to work?

The CAD BOM tab was not designed to extract Vault properties. CAD BOM shows the CAD data extracted at check-in time.

Ok, then I'm not sure why I have the option to customize this, just to rearrange the columns? or can it be used to extract Inventor iProperty information like Vendor or Title?
