Autodesk Vault 2014 administration not working after upgrade

Hello,

We recently updgraded Vault Pro 2012 to Vault Pro 2014, everything seemed to go nicely.

The migration went through without errors but for some reason the administration function

is not working on Autodesk Data Management Server. I get the following error message

when I click the administration.

"Object reference not set to an instance of an Object"

This is what log shows:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Connectivity.Application.VaultManager.ManagerMessageBox.Show(Exception ex)
at Connectivity.Application.VaultManager.UserAdministrationCommand.OnExecute(ExplorerCommandContext context)

Is there anything I could try myself or is this issue in database? I´m little afraid upgrading sp1 now when everything except this is working.

In the past sometimes deleting the user profile and rebuilding it fixed this type of problem.   But I would be careful since it sounds like you are access the ADMS console on the actual vault server.   Without the ADMS console running you could just rename the Autodesk folder under C:\Users\%User%\AppData\Roaming\ as other user have mentioned and let it recreate it to see if the problem goes away.

Have you also tried logging onto the server with other credentials and launching the ADMS console to see if you have the same results.
