Anonymous file view access on webclient

Hello,

We have a requirement to allow anonymous file view access within the Vault web client to all of our users without having to login.  We are using Vault Collaboration 2011.  Is this possible?

Accessing files within the vault requires authentication.

However, with Vault Collaboration (and above) you can use Windows Active Directory authentication so users can get into the vault with the same username/password used to login into their desktop.

Thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately the server does not support AD at the moment due to IT restrictions.  Is there a workaround?  What about enabling a IUSR_SVRNAME account in Vault with read only permissions and setting the web.config authorization to allow anonymous?

Sorry, but I don't think there are any work arounds to authentication.
