After install the hotfix DM1904923 I can not log in to the database.

After install the hotfix DM1904923 I can not log in to the database. The client is incompatible 

 

Who knows what's going on?

After installing the hotfix on the server, did you open up the ADMS Console to migrate the database and then once done, do the subsequent migration via the command line?  See the accompanying readme for the remaining steps.

Yes, I migrated vault database by ADMS and b2b from the command line.
