I just added a new user this past week and need to reindex the server console. It seems as though the login credentials have inadvertenly changed as odd as it seems. They have never been manually changed from the default login. So at this point I am unable to login to ADMS. Is there any way to reset the credentials back to the default settings?

Can you check you are entering the correct administrator password (If running a scheduled backup from the command line you may actually have a record of the current password), failing this you will likely have to contact support.
We obviously do not provide a simple way to reset you administrator password as this would represent a pretty significant security flaw.
