2015 R2 Job Server is disabled

Went to create a bunch of dwf's with Job Server 2015 R2 and when I que the server to create them (Actions\Update View\Que Update), it tells me that the job server is disabled.

 

I have the job processor running and I am logged in to it. It is not paused.

 

ADMS, Client, and Job Server all running from same machine.

 

How do I enable it?

Is the Job Server enabled in Tools -> Administration -> Global Settings -> Integrations?
