Vault Basic for check files

I want to use the Vault Basic for PCs with no CAD to view files. In the local network has a server Vault Basic. whether such use?

You will not be able to do this. Vault Basic requires a CAD application to be installed on the system first.

If you already have Vault Basic you can turn on 'Enable Visualisation' and publish these 2 a network location as DWF files. Then the other non CAD users can view these.
