Allowing non-inventor users to view and print vaulted items

Hello. My company just recently starting using Autodesk inventor with the vault. The problem I am having is I need a few employees to be able to open and print items stored in the vault without having autodesk inventor installed. I did download the viewer but it does not seem to have vault connection capabilities? Am I missing something or does someone have suggestions on how to set something up for this?

Thanks!!

A common solution for this is to create DWF files on check-in. When someone without Inventor does a preview of the file they will be shown the DWF.

You can either create the DWF durring the check-in process (make sure the option is on), or if you have Vault Workgroup (or above) you can have the Job Server create the DWFs after check-in.
