I am wondering if it is possible to restrict that any (included the change administrator) user (except the administrator), can edit participants of specific routing, I don't know if there is an event or API function to enforce this behavior.
It will be useful if I could catch the changes (machine, user, date, time..) of the routing participants in any logging file (console, iis, database...).
Sorry, there are no API events fired on routing changes. I doubt that you are going to find log information that gives you the level of detail you are looking for.
