Change Order Routing Create/Edit/...,

Hi, 

  I'm close to finish my first Vault AddIn. I create some function to use ECO and just found out nobocy have the permission of Change Order Routing Create/Edit except Administrator. 

  I don't want to gave out Administrator permssion. Is there any way, the user does not have the permission of Change Order Routing Create/Edit, my function can?

Hi, 

  I'm just wondering, if possible, I create a account with Administrator permission. I will login in my application, get all the information I need, then switch to current user account. 

  Please advice.
