Mark Flow Direction in Topobase 2009

Dear Topobase Masters,

We have a Waste Water network in Topobase 2009.
We have to create signs (or labels) into pipes to MARK THE FLOW DIRECTION of the waste water.

In the attached picture you can see, what we want to create. We can create type "A" with label definition, but we need the solution "B" label type.

The problems are:
1) Direction markers (greater-than sign: >) on pipes aren't in the center of pipe line (see attachment).
2) The second problem is, every sections needs to mark the flow directions. Because, in big zoom view, maybe the user isn't able to see the flow direction marker on the pipe. (It is out of zoomed area or the pipe is very long.)
