Like Corey, I'd forgotten it was a holiday weekend.

Working in a hospital, we don't technically get holidays off, but, there's nothing too totally pressing on my plate, so I think I will take off Monday.

The only days we really leave early are like Christmas Eve (or Christmas Eve eve, depending on how we decide to work), maybe NYE.

But, it looks like many folks have taken off today to extend their weekend (lighter traffic on the way in and parking garage only 75% full, instead of the usual 90% full).

DH and I are taking our older son to see Star Trek and Iron Man tomorrow.

The younger would like Iron Man, but, he's got a problem with crazy concepts like sitting still and being quiet, so, he can spend the day with his favorite babysitter instead.
