Need help describing a part for provisional patent

I have one part that slides through another part. I need some way to propperly referrance the hole or cavity the part that slides, slides through. Hole and Cavity just don't sound right or am I wrong.

Yeah, don't be too naughty:D

 

It's a patent... we need the OP to ask a patent lawyer so that it can properly be patented because one day it'll be referenced or be disputed:)
