Those from more Northerly climes are inclined to laugh. They would be well advised to consider that Texans, as a general rule, don't equip for such weather, nor do their stores stock for same.
Stay safe out there!
Hope everyone warms up to reasonable temps soon.
Our most recent cold snap just broke and we're back up to 45* (but, looking at another winter storm this weekend).
The 10 day forecast looks pretty much the same for Boston as it does in St. Louis, though perhaps a touch warmer. ~sighs~ My first trip to the NE (aside from their airports) and it's not exactly the tourist-friendly weather I'd hoped for.

It was 29° yesterday morning, 60° right now, and forecast to be in mid 70's by Saturday afternoon.

Lol, it always takes me a bit to realize you guys work with fahrenheit...
Good point. If you said it's a warm day at 28° and left out the "C", that would throw me off for a minute too....

wow... you suck.
It's getting colder here again.
No fear....it will be close to freezing again by Wednesday....
I just had to add my 2 cents ...
Back in September, my mother moved from 'burbs of Phila. PA (where I live) to retire down in Houston ... and she has been relentless (up until recently) with the jabbing texts about "how's the weather up in freezing Philly? :-P" and other assorted blah blah..... One word: Karma..
Well, at least the BBQ is 1000x better down in Houston and can keep a body warm! Last year, I used to have to travel to Houston regularly for work (I was involved in the Exxon Mobil Campus Project in The Woodlands).... I sure do miss lunches at Rudy's!!
Stay warm and safe, y'all!
