Media Not Available

I am trying to import clips and they all say "No Media." I adjusted the storage settings before starting. Need help ASAP.

Hi,

Does it occur with all clips we are trying to import or only the ones located on the storage?

Also, can you please confirm that type of media you are trying to import?

Regards,

Yann

Can you create a NOISE clip on your new storage?

It might be a permissions problem with your new storage setup.

cheers

2 years later I am having the same problem. Can't remember how I fixed it last time. All my files are .mp4 files. It occurs with all clips whether they be on my external or straight form my build in hard drive. I am only using stuff from the external though, but if I were to try and use something from the built in it also doesn't work.
