installation fails

After installing smoke it does not complete instal which makes the product "smoke" not usable what do I do? How can I fix this? I have reinstalled many times in hopes of problem fix but no progress

Could you try a different way to download and install? Please request a direct download link for Smoke from the Contact Us page (Select Chat or Email to submit a request). Our support team will provide you the download link and then try the installation again.
