View Obscured By White Band

In sketch mode the view obscured by a white band when clicking below a horizontal about 2/3 down from top of display area.

The top snapshot in posted jpg shows the fusion360 sketch before click while the bottom snapshot shows fusion360 sketch obscured by white band - occurs in all models.

Setting problem??? Tried turning on and off all posible view attributes.

I noticed that you are running the Windows OS. Any idea if the graphics driver is up to date on your machine?

To check on the install date:

  1. Launch %windir%\system32\msinfo32.exe
  2. Select the Display node located under Components
  3. In the Driver field, you should find a date to indicate how recent the driver is.

If you find that the graphics driver is older than 6 months, it may help to update it.

If you disable the Environment Effects, does it help?

If you have an older Graphics Card, it may help to switch to DirectX 9 in the Preferences.

I hope these suggestions help. Please keep me updated on your progress.

Thanks,

No problem with Rhino5 and Sketchup 2014 but when I rebooted the Fusion360 problem disapeared.
