Units are not changing when I set default units.

WHen I go to the preferences and change the default units to English, and then draw a sketch, it still draws in dimensions of mm.  How do I fix this?

In an active workspace, you can Change the Active Units by selecting the paper and pencil icon that shows up next to the Units in the browser. See the image below for clarification.

After setting preference, you will get English unit when you create a new document.
