Unable to login (PLM360 Error)

I have two (2) PC's that I am unable to log into my tenant.  After  I enter my tenant name I get the following error.  When I enter my login credentials I just get a white screen.

A coworker of mine had a similar problem and was able to address it by clearing his I.E. cache.  However, I have tried this multiple time with no results

I got it to work by deleting the following folder out of Temp folder
