system requirements: vista 64bit

I have tryed to download Fusion 360 via the link from the email you send me "browser-download" , it did`nt work, I got the message "Your operating system  is not supported. Fusion 360 will run on: 64-bit Windows, 64-bit Mac OS X,

My system is windows vista ultimate  64-bit. I then manage to downloaded the software via a page suggested in  knowledge database, but it will not open. I get error message:  K32GetProcessMemoryInfo not found in DLL-library kernell 32.dll. The question is  wether the problem is my vista 64-bit, not fullfilling system requirements for  Fusion 360, or it has to do with some other issue on my pc ?

Tommy,

Thanks for reporting this. It appears that the system requirements need updated. Fusion 360 support Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 8 64-bit. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Tommy,

I was just checking the system requirements and they look, correct.

It appears an installer error message needs to be updated. Would it be possible for you to share your User Agent String with us to help us address this issue?

To do this, browse to the below link.

http://useragentstring.com/

Next, copy all of the text located in the User Agent String Explained field at the top.

Last, please paste the information in this forum thread or e-mail it to me at nathan (dot) chandler (at) autodesk (dot) com?

This would be a huge help to us.

Thank you in advance for your efforts and for reporting this issue.
