smoothing issue

Hi,

if you create a cone through a tapered cylinder the resulting surface is not smoothed good.

Are you saying it isn't smooth because of the surface reflection?  Not sure I understand what you are measuring the smoothness with.

that surface has not enough triangles to be well interpolated by the shader.

We can't decide the mesh resolution.
