Hey all,
This morning I changed the email associated with my Autodesk ID. After changing the email, I'm unable to access my hub/dashboard via Fusion 360, or via the web. I am able to access the hub that I was invited to (that prompted the email change), but functionality seems limited and something just not right. The message I get about the server is "Server encountered an unexpected error."
I did a partial uninstall/reinstall -- no change.
I did a full uninstall/reinstall, wiping the temp files, etc -- logged in fresh, no change.
I changed back to my previous email address -- no change.
Perhaps it's a coincidence and there's server trouble?
Any help would be appreciated!
-David
Hi, David
I think the Autodesk Cloud server is going on maintenance until the 17 of August that may be the reason that you’re experience some problems.

Thanks for the info! Doesn't look like it's supposed to affect Fusion 360, and my troubles started on the 15th, but I'll keep my fingers crossed regardless.
I apologize any trouble accessing Fusion 360. I've created a support request to track this issue. Please look for a follow-up via e-mail, shortly.
Thanks,
Hey Norman, I am also having this problem. Attached is my error message.
Hi David,
Sorry for not following up sooner! This case was resolved by editing the Autodesk Account and changing it back to the original e-mail address. You should be able to do this through the manage page, below.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
I'm not sure about support for changing e-mail addresses. I will need to find out more information before I can answer that question.
Why not create a new Autodesk ID and Fusion 360 account, associated with a new e-mail address?
If you're looking to get access to previously saved data on one account while logged in as another user, one thing you may do is to invite another user into a project, see below link for details.

In this case, you could invite the new Autodesk ID (new email address) to an A360 Project associated with your school e-mail. Now when you're logged in with the new e-mail address, you should get access to the data in the project. Would this work as a possible work-around solution?
David,
Can you please send me the details of your old and newly changed email address? This will help us to troubleshoot and fix the issue. You can send me a private message with the details.
