Saving options

I recently downloaded autodesk fusion for mac so I could create a cad model for my school project. I thought I could create .idws on fusion but I don't think that's possible. My friend has inventor for windows in his computer and I was hoping that I could transfer the file I created in fusion to to his inventor, but I can't seem to save in any format except .f3d. Is there a way to convert the .f3d file so that it could be read on a Autodesk Inventor 2014 windows to create idws?

To export to another file type, like Inventor, here are your steps:

 

From Fusion 360 you will start by opening the data panel:

You will then choose to view your model in A360:

From here, click on the little tool box in the top right corner and choose export:

 

 

Under Format you will be able to choose Inventor and Export the file:
