Replace Face - clever solution needed.

In the attach file there are blue and red faces that I need to combine into single faces.

Anyone have a clever workaround in Fusion?

The problem is that if I try to add a Chamfer that goes beyond the red face - it fails at the intersection with the blue face. (see attached file)

Please try my workaround to see if it meets your requirement:

1. Select blue face and delete it

2. Roll to the end of timeline

3. Delete the last sick Chamfer feature from timeline

4. Chamfer again on the edges you want.

The result on my side is:

Can you attach your "solution" here?

Based on the image you attached - I don't think you understood my design intent.

I am trying to find a clever way of creating an ACME 29° thread form.

You can also delete red face to make chamfer face extended to cylinder face.

Here's an idea for making an ACME thread:

Combine a cylinder with a coil that has a square section. Bevel the edges of the coil using 14.5 degree angle.

On one edge I could not get the bevel to go the way I wanted ? so I duplicated the body and flipped it and overlapped it with the original so we see the bevel on both sides.
