no projects selectable bug

after the last update Fusion does not show any projects anymore

 

the dashboard area is blank!

I signed out and singed in

I restarted the app to fix it

You may try using the Clear User Cache command the next time you run into this issue.

letting Fusion run also fixes the problem.

What remains even after a cache clean is the fact that opening the pull down menu takes 4 to 6 seconds each time you click it.

This is driving me nuts when I have to browse through student projects!!!

How many projects are shared with you? Also, how large is your the ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/BrowserStorage_login.dat file?

It is a pure OS X problem - same on imac and macpro.
but with windows on macpro all is fine.


I have no "/BrowserStorage_login.dat" in "~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/".

I think you have to drill down into an ID folder unique to the user located inside of the Autodesk Fusion 360 folder to see the browserstorage_login.dat file. Sorry for the confusion.. 🙂
