I now have 4 files stuck in my queue stating "import in progress" none are complicated objects, and the first one that got stuck was a dxf file with a few simple layers. How can I clear the queue so I can get them uploaded correctly? Note that once uploaded, they do not have a cancel icon.
Several users have been able to clear "stuck imports" deleting the job.json file.
1. Close Fusion 360
2. Browse to :
In Windows:
%localappdata%\Autodesk\production\JobManager360\<Program ID>
In Mac OS:
/Users/<Your Home Folder>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/production/JobManager360/<Program ID>
*Note: Check Modifed Dates to align with Program ID
3. Delete the jobs.json file
4. Re-launch the application
I hope that helps. Please keep us posted on your progress.
If possible, could you share the DXF files that are getting "stuck"? Feel free to e-mail to Nathan (DOT) Chandler (AT) Autodesk (DOT) com.

Hi Guys,
I had this same issue today but the bigger problem was following the instructions to clear as seen below
In Mac OS:
/Users/<Your Home Folder>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/production/JobManager360/<Program ID>
Now if your running Mavericks or above the Library folder is hidden making it almost impossible to find, i only found it by going backwards after using the show package command on the Fusion 360 exacutable
The correct route is as follows
/users/<Your Home Folder>/Applications/Autodesk Fusion 360
Then right click Show original, this will take you to the location of the exacutable and if your in column mode you can just look backwards to see the correct folders and the hidden Library folder
Hope this helps some one as it took me about an hour to resolve this and I have been using macs for 15 years
