Missing components after retart

This morning when I opened Fusion it told me to restart. I forgot the actual message, but it was something about a new version.

I have been working on a model with five components that  I built, and four imported components (STEP files from vendors).

When I restarted I noticed several things wrong.

1. All of the imported components are missing from the assembly. They are still listed in the data panel (is that what its called).

2. One of my built components is just gone, this was the last one constructed.

3. Recent changes to a second  built component are missing.

4. The history for a third component is gone, it just shows a move and a joint, so I now I cant make changes (see attached image)

Any ideas?

Thank you for reporting this issue. It sounds like you did the update this morning and now a design looks differently.

Have you tried looking at a different saved versions in the dashboard?

To do this:

Open the item details in A360

Open Details in A360.png

Next, select the Versions panel.

Versions.png

You can then use the promote and edit command to edit old version of the design.

If you edit an older version, does the file look the same?

Thanks,
