Is there a way to sculp a part and then add modeled parts and go back and use the sculp tools on modeled parts. it is nice having multiple ways to interact with modeling but it seems that each part is still very seperated in workflow. I can not model a cube or any shape and then go to sculp and then change said models shape with the sculp tools.
this would be very helpfull

In the Direct Modeling Environment you can use the Edit Face command.
See the below video for a tip:
Does this feature help accomplish what you're trying to do? A picture may help me find better suggestions.
Thanks,
Thank you for making this video,
It does help to an extent. I am not sure if it is possible but I would like to see the same thing shown in the video developed to where you can select multiple faces and manipulate them in the same way. I know this may not be possible currently.
Thank you again.
Matt
I have a similar problem: is it possible to create face it SCULPT environment, then go to MODEL (I need to use command THICK) and then use tools from SCULPT again on my new body? I tried to create geoemetry in Base Feature, i see command EDIT FACE but I still cant change my model, i cant even select any face. What i do wrong?
You should create your own thread for this. This thread is alerady closed and you may not get the response you need.
When you do so, please create a screencast as that will go a long way of explaiinign what the problem is.
The screencast tool is a free download from Autodesk and integrates very nicely with Fusion 360.
