Hello,
I have installed autodesk fusion360 yesterday. I can see the dashboard when I open my fusion.
But this evening, when I want to create and study again with fusion360, I can't see anything when I open it. I just see the blank page, I'm sure I have a good connection to the internet. And I'm sure, yesterday I can make a design with my fusion360.
But, I don't know why my fusion360 now just show a blank page in my laptop.
I attach the image with this message, I hope you see it.
I really don't know what I must do to fix it.
Could you give me some help?
Thanks!

Hi there
That usually happens to me some times, I just restart fusion360 again, and it runs fine after that

Hi You can try to run fusion as an Admin and see if that is.

Hi
You can try to make a clean install by unstalling it and install again,

Hope this make it work better for

This is the same after refresh, it will not take older drawings. However a main question is the lack of 'design' tab on my Autodesk 360 web dashboard?
This is likely because your login expired. So you got the benefit of logging out and back in again by waiting it out.
Thanks,
Hi, I just downloaded fusion 360 yesterday (3/14/16) and I think all of the options on the dashboard are coming up but when I make a part it is the exact color as the background and it wont change even when I apply another color to the part. Any suggestions in how to fix this? My part is only viewable when I hover my mouse pointer over it.
Hi @ajbonillaF64BT,
Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!
It sounds like this issue may be a little different. Can you see menus and all of that, just not your model? If so, can you try going into the Modify menu and selecting Compute All. Does this regenerate your model? If not, can you go into the Help menu in the top right corner of Fusion 360 and select Graphics Diagnostics. Can you then copy and paste that and reply with this information. This will give me a good idea as to whether or not it is an outdated graphics driver.
Also, a screenshot of what you are seeing would be really helpful!
Thanks,
Hi James,
Yes I can see all the menu options but just not the model im creating. Going into Modify and selecting compute all does not regenerate the model and I have already gone through the steps to lower the graphics to better suit performance. Here is the graphics diagnostics
[GPU Information]
GPU Device: Intel(R) HD Graphics
GPU RAM: 64 MB (Integrated card)
GPU Driver API: DirectX 9.0
GPU Driver Version: 8.15.10.2202
GPU Driver Date: 08/25/2010
[Graphics Effects Settings]
Anti Aliasing: Off
Ambient Occlusion: Off
Object Shadow: Off
Ground Shadow: Off
Ground Reflection: Off
Selection Display Style: Simple
Transparency Effect: Better Performance
[Notes]
1. If you have another discrete GPU on your system it is recommended to run Fusion on it to get better performance.
2. The graphics card driver version is old and could be out of date; please check with your GPU vendors to download and install the latest one.
3. The effects could slow down the graphics rendering; try to limit them for optimum performance.

Also I will put in the attachments the screenshots of what I see when I have my mouse pointer on the model and when I dont. Please see attachments.
Thanks for the help!
Hi @ajbonillaF64BT,
I see now, thanks for posting the screenshots! I think this is a hardware related issue as you have an integrated graphics card. Just to check - the visibility of your model is turned on in the browser tree correct? (under the bodies folder the lightbulb should be lit up).
In this post here, it looks like that user has very similar specs on his computer and it appears he is having the same issue of a grey background and an invisible model. Unfortunately, I just think that your graphics card falls below our minimum requirements to run Fusion 360 (full list can be found here). You can try to update your graphics driver (best option would be to go to your laptop providers web page and check for any driver updates based off of your computer. A lot of those onboard Intel cards graphis drivers are tweaked per computer so the generic one you get from Intels website may not be compatible. If that fails, I would then try a generic driver from Intel and see if that solves the issue.)
Thanks,
Ok I will see if I can find an update for my computer, thanks for all the help.
I had this same problem on a 10+ year old desktop. The solution was under Display Settings -> Effects -> Anti-Aliasing (uncheck). It also helps performance to turn off all other effects.
Thanks for the help, yeah the anti-aliasing was already unchecked. I was hoping that it wasn't but it looks like in order to fix this issue I will have to get a graphics card upgrade or new laptop. Thanks tho!

Hi,
1. Graphics Settings > OFF
2. Share the design
File > export > save as f3d locally > attach to next post
