Even after creating a new account for Fusion360, Cannot get past setup screen

I have tried many things to get this program to open on Mac OSX

We are currently looking into the account associated with the Dapplestone Autodesk ID. I will let you know as soon as I have further information.

Now it works. That is good. It crashed the first time I opened it, but the
second time, it opened.

What changed?

There was a back-end, server-side issue for your specific account that has been addressed. You should be clear moving forward. If there's any trouble, please let me know.

 

Some other tips:

If you are running a Windows machine, please install the lastest graphics driver for your video card. It may also help to be aware of a few setting that can help with performance in Fusion 360.
