Cut graphic glitch

Hi,

 

This is quite simple to draw, not sure why it leaves a surface on one side and not the other.

Seems a problem, just can't reproduce it on my side.

My guess is it'll be an issue if the diameter is 20mm and the cut is done at 10mm, probably some intersection glitch?
