Hi, I'm trying to position a sphere cut after I created it and I can't work out how. I have sketched a construction with a point on the end where I want the center of the sphere to be, but I can't move the sphere cut after I create it, I can't align it and I can't constrain it.
When I go back to edit the sphere I hover over the blue point at the center of the sphere and it shows "Snap To : -0.29115" but I can't move it, only resize the sphere.
I've tried the move command and the align command but this doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Grant.

Positioning a spherical cut after the cut is made is difficult. It's even more difficult in a Parametric design because Fusion does not yet support parametric Move Face.
What I would recommend is using a multi-body approach. I would create the sphere as a separate body, then reposition it to where you want, then use Combine to do the cut. For example:
Invoke Move, and select the sphere as the body to move:
use the "point to point" mode in Move:
pick the sphere as the first point - this will select the center as the "from" point:
then, pick your destination point as the second ("to") point:
OK to move the sphere body:
Then use Combine, selecting the block (in this case) as the Target, and the sphere as the Tool Body, and choose Cut as the operation:
Hope this helps you get around this step in your design!
