Combining Modeled Bodies and T-Splines

I've been trying for weeks to combine/connect a specific modeled body with a t-spline into one body that I can still manipulate the t-spline part.

Maybe I'm going about this wrong....I've been experimenting with 360 for a couple months

If someone can give me specific details or direct me to a relavant tutorial, that would be great.

If giving me detail, please include if design history must be on or off.

this seems to effect how certain features work.

I've included a picture for reference

Thanks everyone!!!!

ah wouldn't be TS match be what he needs?

model a simple open cylinder in TS

select TS match
select the top ring edges
as target select the edges of your model

match as positional G0

Rishi,

Thanks very much for the suggestion.

I tried a loft but they only seem to work with planar surfaces and my base art is not planar but bends up at a angle.

thanks,

gary

Thanks for the help.

I've been trying this method and it is the closet I've gotten yet.  Things do seem to twist a lot so I'll work to overcome that.

thanks,

gary

The Pull command may be another suggestion you can use. See the Screencast below.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
