Can't create new design or upload CAD data or Open Designs

The new update seems to have broken a lot of things.

I'm running Windows 8.1. I'm running version 2.0.1193 of Fusion 360.

I can't:

• Open designs - click and does nothing at all
• Upload CAD data - opens an empty modal window 
• or Create Designs - opens an empty modal window 

What can I try to fix this? I can't get any work done.

Can you test signing out and signing back into Fusion 360?

I just wanted to add a note that performing a clean uninstall and re-install resolved the issue.
