Base Feature Thread Anomaly

I created cosmetic thread for hole.

Add Chamfer feature to hole edge.

Edit the Thread feature and change to Modeled.

Result is incorrect.

Using history based modeling for same steps - the results are correct.

I have a try create thread on Base. But I cannot reproduce the anomalous thread problem. 

Could you please take a look the screenshot?
