Hi Claas,

If I interpret the purpose correctly, it seems you want to make the horizontal line symmetric against the vertical line. Actually, the Midpoint constraint would try to connect the midpoints of both selected lines. However, in this case, the dimension 13.31mm, horizontal constraint and midpoint constraint will result in an over-constrained state.

Besides the approach you have used in the model, you may probably want to try the Symmetry constraint. I recorded a screencast to show the steps. Hope it helps.

ah yes sure symmetry of the end points is equal the mid point all I wanted was just centering the line!
