Hello Vinod,

What is the type of mesh (midplane, D/D or 3D) you are using for this analysis?

If you are using midplane, try changing the Warpage analysis type (Automatic to small, etc)

Did you checked the drive space where the temporary files are getting created?

Try clearing the earlier temporary files created.

Regards

PK

Hello Vinod,

To echo PK, disk space may be a concern for your temporary directory.  Also, as a warp analysis closes on finishing, the job manager may not update as frequently while it transfers data back to your project directory.  Many times there is a delay in which the analysis may appear to not be running while it transfers this data.
