Hello all,
Running Flow +Warp analysis, Midplane Meshing done in hyper mesh software and it give warning
** WARNING 201434 ** There are huge gaps in the node or element numbering in the model.
It may cause memory allocation failure in warp analysis.
Before this warning run coulp of iteration, due to this warning warp analysis fails.
How to resolve this problem,
Thanks..
Hi,
you can use the Global Merge command.
(at Mesh > Mesh Repair > Global Merge)
It squeezes and renumbers the node numbers in model to be sequentially labelled.
Use a very small merge tolerance to avoid nodes to merge.
In Synergy 2012 and 2013 you can enter a negative symbol, minus-sign, before the tolerance to to squeeze and renumber.
You have to rerun analysis.

Berndt
