If yes, we can simulate..

Yes, Different manufacture has different terminology. Basically it is valve gate pin position and speed control.. Best of my knowledge at present MPI give on/ off control only.

It is not possible in moldflow. May be needed to request Autodesk to add such option in future..

Instead using such valve gates, we can overcome such defects in processing by dealy in opening of valve gate after flow front crosses the drop.

If you want to be able to control the opening and closing profile of your valve gates (for any Hot Runner system), then you should download the tech preview of Project Scandium 2015.  In that tech preview there is new technology to allow you to control the opening and closing profile of the valve pin.
