To make Ring or Diaphragm gate in Mold flow

How can i make  a Ring or Diaphragm gate in Mold flow.it is mentioned that , it is possible to make runner but the problem is to make the gate (circular gate) and connect to runner.thanks

Yep, you'll need to create your gate with tri elements, not beams.  You can do it manually, or actually create geometry to represent the gates.  You can connect the beam elements all the way around the ring gate, or you can also create the runner with the gate in tri elements.  It can be done, but it takes more work than just using beams.

It will be recommendable to use 3D option, more accurate. Even create cold runner with 3d tetra elements.
