Base on temperature rule-of-thumb: at the end of flow, the material should not cool down more than 15 C to 20C.
In real case, temperature might increase due to thin wall and might drop due to long flow distance. It means that at some area the temperature will higher than melt temperature and some area will lower than melt temperature.
To calculate temperature at flow front, should we consider (Max-Min) temperature or (Max-melt)/(melt-Min) temperature?
Please advice which one we should refer to.
Some handbook shown :"To obtain high-quality moldings, the temperature difference in all element describing the part should be in a narrow range."
